Background
NMC Exquisite is in the business of direct marketing of stainless steel cookware. The product is marketed via a network of sales consultants who usually work on a part time basis and earn on a commission basis.

Duties:
Manage existing sales consultant base.
Recruit, train & manage new consultants.
Motivate and drive sales.
Arrange training/motivational sessions with consultants.
Report on a regular basis to Head Office.
