Stained Stainless Steel? Sounds like an oxymoron! No I'm not calling anyone morons. An oxymoron a poetry term used to denote two words with opposite meanings placed next to each other.
Anyway, I want to share a few incidents with Tiara Stainless Steel Cleaner.
1. When the supplier visited me at the factory I was skeptical about the product. So we took a walk on the floor to look for a pot to test it out on.
Besides pots, we found a used stainless braai pan that has discoloured due to excessive heat of the coals. Kolja (the supplier) used a rag and gently rubbed Tiara onto the braai pan. Within a few minutes I was amazed to see the stainless steel turn back to the original silvery look.
2. I heated a piece of stainless steel in my oven at 240 degrees Celcius for about an hour. When I removed it, it has turned a golden brown colour. The idea was to simulate a case of Ovenprufe Pot abuse. The kind of thing that that aunty in Chatsworth did to her new pot and then blamed the maid....yes I know you are reading this!
I then gently rubbed some Tiara cleaner with a rag. Within minutes the steel turned back to the original silvery stainless colour. Really impressive!
3. I tried using it on some pots with various stains and Tiara worked magic on them.
It is truly a product that I would recommend. I know the price seems steep, but a bottle will last you a long time.
Go ahead and give it a try...
